Shipping is discreet and will not have “JOYBOX” or any other adult company name visible. Orders will be shipped out within 24 to 72 hours. It may take 6 to 12 business days to receive your package. Important Shipping Information
Please confirm your shipping address before you check out. We are not liable for product shipping once it has left our facilities. Examples where we cannot help you include: If you are no longer at the address when the package arrives such as shipping to a hotel, if you are not there to receive it at your home or elsewhere, or if you do not claim it in time from a shipping facility.
Our transportation time is 5~15 working days, due to actual reasons, the time may fluctuate up and down, please pay attention to your logistics and transportation situation in time.
Returns Policy
90-DAY RETURN POLICY: We offer a 90-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our product and it is unopened, you can return the product to us for a refund.
180-DAY WARRANTY: We also offer a 180-day warranty (180 days from receipt) that covers any potential defects in materials and workmanship.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note: For health and hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the product has been opened, worn or used. To request a return, please contact our Customer Service Team (Support@Joybox.Ntesmail.Com) to arrange a return and receive instructions on how to proceed.
Ordered the wrong product
If you change your mind or realize you ordered the wrong product, please contact our customer service (Support@Joybox.Ntesmail.Com). We may change or cancel your order before the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
If your product has already shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
Received the wrong product
What if your wrong order has been shipped? Or, what if the wrong product was delivered to you? There are two refund methods:
1. Please reject the package and indicate Return to Sender (RTS) upon delivery.
2. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the package. We'll be happy to guide you through the return process.
Product not received
If your product is not shipped or lost, please contact our customer service (Support@Joybox.Ntesmail.Com), we will investigate with the logistics company, and replace or refund possible reasons for you as soon as possible.
Damaged or defective product
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service (Support@Joybox.Ntesmail.Com) detailing the problem you are experiencing. We will, at our sole discretion, replace or refund your order.
We ask that you return the product in question and any accessories that came with it in its original packaging.
