Cut-off times for your order

Monday to Friday We will dispatch your item before 6pm if you ordered before 5pm.

Saturday or Sunday We will ship your item the following Monday if you place the order over the weekend.

How can I track my orders?

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the logistics company's website where you can track it. You can also find the tracking information on the order details page.

How can I change my delivery address?

If you find your shipping address is wrong, please contact our customer service (service@bestvibe.com) immediately! We will help you change your shipping address before shipping. Please note that we can no longer change the address , once the item has been dispatched .

Is my package discreet?

Please don't worry about people knowing what you bought. We take care of your privacy 100% discreetly. Every order is shipped in plain packaging with no indication of anything or anything inside.
